I love helping change my clients lives, and I have a passion for fitness. I also have the following: Good Physical Shape Knowledge (With the body,working out and diet & nutrition) Experience Testimonials I’ve studied kinesiology (study of the body and it’s movements) and nutrition throughout college. I have also taken many workshops and classes to further my knowledge. Having gone to school for kinesiology and nutrition gives me great knowledge of personal training. I’ve played soccer my entire life, since I’ve stopped playing I have gained the same passion for weight lifting and personal training.

Justin is one of the most knowledgable personal trainers I have had the pleasure of getting to know and learn from. As a professional in the health field it was important to me to work with someone who understands the physiology of the body and could accommodate to my individual needs and goals. Justin is highly relatable and took the time to listen to and get to know what was important for me to achieve. Unlike the work of many other trainers I've seen, Justin had my best interests in mind at all times and was excellent at tailoring a client-specific program for diet and exercise that is unique, especially for me as a vegetarian. I have been active as an avid runner and did not need to make a drastic change, but I wanted a new challenge for myself to get stronger with strength training and he provided that. I felt myself getting stronger after just several weeks of working with Justin and that carried over into my work with my patients. At every session he was encouraging, motivating, varied the type of exercise, and safely forced me to push myself to a point I didn't think I could. He was accommodating to any minor injuries I had and adjusted the exercise regimens around them. Justin will provide the tools necessary to get to your goals, which you will, as long as you put in 100% effort on your end. It's hard work and he's with you along every step of the change. I highly recommend him to anyone at any point in their fitness journey! Had I not started training for another race I would have continued to work with Justin. I continue to implement the information learned from Justin in my daily life as I see fit and am extremely thankful to have had the pleasure to have him as my trainer.

I started training with Justin 8 months ago with the soul aim of getting a perfect body. I weighed 190 lbs with a body fat of 26%. Justin delivered a wide range of professional personal training including: cardiovascular training, weight training, nutrition and diet, sports massage, physiotherapy and injury advice, mind strength and well-being. He comes up with unique and interesting exercises which actually work. Within the first 3 months I lost around 10% body fat and 10 lbs of weight. He takes charge of each and every progress you make, in order to give you better results. He also provided a diet regimen suitable for your body. So after 8 months of training, with a break of 2 months, I currently weigh 163 lbs with a body fat of 10%, which is an astonishing result. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY, IT'S THE ONLY PLACE YOU'VE TO LIVE IN... My fiance and I hired him to start us on toning the body for the upcoming wedding. His sessions are very intense and efficient. We signed up for 8 sessions and I do feel that we both got stronger over the time. We also learned some good workout routines that we can do on our own, but we push ourselves further when workingout with him. I would recommend him :)

I appreciate what Justin brings to each session . he is calm , he corrects what is wrong and moves forward . I am seeing great results and he always makes each session new and different for my wandering mind. Ask him any question about fitness and he has a knowledgeable answer .

I have been training with Justin for about 5 months and I am very happy with the training I'm receiving. I started at 175 pounds/13.5% body fat, and currently am at 165/9.4%. My goals were to cut body fat and gain lean muscle but did not know anything about strength workouts or weight training. But, Justin understands my goals and provides me with tailor-made exercises that fit my level- they are not easy, because they shouldn't be, but each exercise challenges my limit and that makes me feel proud! He's been able to help me fully understand how to work out properly and willingly shares his expertise with you to make the sessions fun, challenging, and a learning experience. He is easy to relate to and has a good sense of humor which helps to motivate me. I strongly recommend Justin if you are looking for a personal trainer who can personalize your workout and give you the result you desire.
