Frank Munoz and his boys cleaned and waxed our hardwood floors and we were just blown away by the fantastic job they did. Our floors have never looked as good as they do today, even better than when they were new. So call Frank. They do much more than just industrial jobs.

Frank and crew were professional and on time. Very good work and I would recommend them to someone that needs steam cleaning service.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Actually, it is not all that complicated. However, it is different than the majority of cleaning services in our area and certainly more precise than simply guessing or bidding by the square foot. The problem with bidding by the square foot is that it is not take anything into consideration but an arbitrary number. The greatest cost of providing cleaning services is labor. There are too many variables that affect time required to clean a building. Our approach is straight forward. First, labor requirements are established. This requires specifying the tasks required to complete the project. The area to be cleaned (or serviced) is determined. Industry time standards are then used to calculate the time required to complete the work. Once we know how long it takes to do the job we multiply the hours required by our current hourly rate. That gives us the cost of labor. We then add the cost of materials.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Absolutely! Through our affiliation with international and regional trade associations we avail ourselves of ongoing educational materials such as literature, work shops, on- line training, seminars and conventions. Partnering with our industry suppliers affords us the opportunity to access other resources otherwise not directly familiar to us. Our relationships with other industry colleagues provides networking opportunities. For example, if we are needing information regarding a new challenge that we have not had experience with, we can contact someone that has experience. We listen to their suggestions, observations and recommendations.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Anyone can provide a bid. Look for a "history" and "track record" of the provider. A true professional has extensive knowledge of all aspects of cleaning and management and can provide satisfactory answers to your questions. Check experience and testimonials from customers. What formal training do they have? Any certifications? Do they guaranty their work? What security policies do they have? How long do they keep their customers? What is their policy when something goes wrong? Are they keeping up to date with industry technology? Do they come across as trustworthy? Do they project a professional presentation? Finally, what insurance do they carry?
