I would choose all 5 items: Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value, Punctuality but they only let you pick 3. I contacted K9 and received a response shortly after. We exchanged information on 7/26 and Jesus arrived on 7/28 take a look, discuss my needs and said he'd get back to me following week with an estimate. I have a unique roof/attic situation which he understood my concerns and wants. 8/1 had an estimate, 8/11 he was arriving at 7:30am with one of his guys to do the work. Today, 8/13 we had a heavy thunderstorm and no leaks. Attic has been nice and cool since he corrected the original builder's inadequate venting and corrected improper vent flashing. Picked up all the scrap wood created from the cutouts, blew the loose debris off the roof. Have already referred them to another friend looking for roofing.
