- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
for local in town moves paying by the hour we charge yard to yard. your clock starts the moment we pull up and ends when the truck is empty and your move is complete. we also charge a 3 hr minimum charge .. meaning if plans changed since we spoke last and now only 1 bedroom set goes and it only takes 1.5 hrs to move you still pay for 3 hrs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we treat all customers like they are millionaires! new .. old..never moved before. or the moving pro on her 5th move in 5 yrs. your family is treated like we would treat our own. respect integrity. and patience.
