I’m prepping for my first bodybuilding competition in the Men’s Sports Model category, and I’ve been training with Gus. The experience has been absolutely phenomenal. He’s gone above and beyond, not only guiding my training but also styling my macro nutrients. He adjusts my intake as needed, usually once or twice a week, based on my weight and video check-ins. He programs my lifts and trains with me in person twice a week, focusing specifically on leg day, helping me lean into it. Gus stays on top of my progress and tracks me closely the rest of the time. He genuinely cares about my performance and me as a person. Hands down, he’s the best guy for the job. You’d be lucky to have him as a coach. Worst part is trying to get in with him. The guy is booked solid. Good luck.

Working out with Gus is challenging but fun, he will encourage and push you to meet your goals no matter what they are. I will always recommend him to friends and family no matter how much or little experience they have in the gym.

I worked out with Pirate (Gus) after my sister introduced me to him, as he was already working with her. Through him I was able to really learn what my body was capable of achieving. As a trainer, Pirate is professional and I felt comfortable training with him 2 to 3 times a week. Highly recommend!
