- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in being upfront and transparent. Pricing depends on the type of plumbing issue, accessibility, materials needed, and the overall scope of work. For many situations, we first recommend an on-site assessment so we can provide accurate pricing instead of giving misleading guesses over the phone. We may offer promotional pricing on select services from time to time. Our goal is to provide real solutions, not just the lowest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts by learning more about the customer’s plumbing concern, property type, and goals. From there, we schedule a visit to assess the situation. Once on site, we evaluate the issue, explain what we find, and provide options whenever possible so the customer can make an informed decision. If approved, we complete the work with professionalism and care, keeping communication clear throughout the process. We also make sure the customer understands the work performed and any recommendations for long-term reliability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on field experience along with ongoing training in plumbing systems, repairs, installations, water heaters, drain cleaning, leak detection, and modern plumbing solutions. We stay up to date on proper installation practices, safety standards, manufacturer recommendations, and current plumbing methods so we can continue delivering dependable service to both residential and commercial customers.
