If I could give James a million stars I would!! I am a Covid cautious stay at home mom on a budget. I wanted to throw my hubby a surprise birthday event for just our household and he completely helped bring the vision to life! From being cost effective, extremely responsive, and I mean copious amounts of delicious food and dessert we were all left buzzing! I even cleared my salad plate(I’m an adult that doesn’t normally feel compelled to finish a salad)! He even helped to create a custom menu for our picky children. Every course from start to finish blew my expectations! I would most definitely recommend and hire James again! I will try to leave pictures but the children and I couldn’t help but dig in!!

What an amazing experience. We have used personal Chef’s in the past and I must say James blew it out of the water. Great conversation as he cooked our dinner as well as a few teaching moments. The food was incredible! Definitely our go to for future events.

Jet BBQ did a wonderful job catering my 40 th birthday dinner party. The food was amazing and his attention to detail was spot on. I also appreciate his responsiveness. I highly recommend getting the appetizers before dinner. Also the kitchen was left spotless. I think reviews are always helpful when leaving what you loved and what could have been improved. I had a few guests who couldn’t attend last minute although I absolutely didn’t expect a refund on their fully paid meal I would have like those meals to have been prepared and left for leftovers given they were paid for but an oversight I’m sure. All in all I’d recommend hiring JET BBQ for your special event. I was very pleased with the food and service.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is usually based on the services your looking for, and the menu pricing you select.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I usually take a look at there budget and design a menu around that for them based on there preferences as well. After I’m done designing that menu I’ll send it to them and make sure it meets what they are looking. Than we will go over plated services, drop off services, buffet services. I think the key besides being genuine and taking care of them is to make this event the best possible event for them, and putting yourself in there shoes. How would you want your event to go!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have my associates degree in culinary arts and I have trained at multiple restaurants from fine dining down to casual. Specifically working in catering the past three years
