- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 30 and 60 minute sessions and based on how many sessions you pay for will determine the cost. To keep cost down I also do Boot camps, pool fitness and group sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first of all, recommend a free consultation with my potential client so we can talk and get a better understanding of his/her goals. I ask them if they have any medical conditions, what their interests are, etc.... Based on the conversation, I usually will do a few exercises with them so they can see how I train.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended UCLA where I studied Pre-Med. I am also, certified by ISSA
