- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give special rates (discounts) to loyal/return clients. I am a US Airforce veteran, so YES, I give military discounts. After you have done business with me, If you refer me to another client and they hire me for whatever job. Then you as a previous client will get a discount on future work... I do travel, but after 10miles radius from Barstow, CA. I will charge extra...depending on where you are at, and the extent of the work requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends what the job is. If its a custom computer, I want to build it: Within your budget, focused on what you want to use it for, and where its going to be stored. if its a service call. im going to be asking a lot of questions, this saves time and narrow's down possibilities. I like to build a repour with my clients...you win over customers with your personality first...then your work ethic. Doesn't matter how good you are, if people don't like you, they wont hire you or refer you...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold multiple certificates, 2 Associates, working on furthering my college degree. I also work in my field for my career (my Mon-Fri 9-5 so to speak). Im around computers all day every day, and I love it.
