Mike was so relateable and down to earth. This is important when speaking with a bunch of sales people who's job is to relate to their dealers. I had set Mike up in a lounge with drinks and food. Instead of staying in the lounge to enjoy the goodies, he came out to be with the rest of us and mingled for a bit before he came on. He was funny, engaging and on point with the bringing home the point of being successful.
