I ate right but I didn’t have the motivation to get myself into the habit of exercising. Let alone, I could’ve injured myself from using the wrong form. Ever since I hired Meli to be my fitness trainer, I’ve improved on my form, I’ve noticed my endurance increased and I feel more energized throughout the day than before. Her persistence, her passion & her dedication for health makes me feel like she wants me to meet my goals as much as I want to.
