Tara has that genuine desire to help people improve their quality of lives. Trust me on this! :) I really appreciate Tara for helping me find relief with my lower back pain. She carefully listened to me and created the right treatment plan for me (combination of cupping and acupuncture). I only had two sessions with her but my pain level significantly went down from like 8/10 to 4/10 (after first session) then 1/10 (after second session). I clearly remember not being able to walk properly PRIOR to meeting Tara. I was also taking steroids and muscle relaxant during that time but I believe with all my heart that the combination of AcuVitale approach and medications really sped up my process of healing! Be patient as there is no such thing as a magic pill or magic therapy that would dramatically improve things overnight. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I really like the fact that Tara also educates her clients on "quality" supplements and healthy living. She even recommended a great book to read! Ask her, if you want to find out.
