FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum service call is $100. Many common jobs have starting prices on my website, and the final price depends on the scope, materials, access, and any unexpected conditions. I’ll always let you know the price before starting any additional work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send me a few photos and a short description of the project, and I’ll let you know whether it’s a good fit and what information I need for an estimate. If we schedule the job, I arrive with the necessary tools, protect the work area, and clean up when the work is finished. Payment is due after the job is completed; no deposit is required for typical small projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience has come from hands-on work over the past nine years. I’ve learned by solving real problems in homes, working with different materials and tools, and staying careful about the details that matter on small projects—measuring, mounting securely, protecting the work area, and leaving things clean when I’m done.
