- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond to their concerns quickly and will offer my first session free of charge so they can get a chance to see my style of teaching. I offer hands on adjustment because alignment in yoga is the most important thing to me. Correct alignment not only helps people to get the most out of yoga but also prevents future injuries.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continuously educate myself through workshops and reading books.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Yoga has healed me inside out. I suffered from shoulders pain and I began by educating myself how to release the pain.
