- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have discounts and flat rate fees available. Each job may vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first thing is I let them know that to keep myself my staff and let them and their family safe that my staff and myself have been fully vaccinated. Then I asked for a walk-through so they can point out each and everything no matter how little or how big they would expect to be done from the services I provide and assure them that I will go above and beyond and I always do!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life experience I’ve also been trained in a couple of classes and have managed and supervised a cleaning crew.
