The guys were great. After they were delayed significantly trying to enter the gated community, we were still charged only the minimum 2 hours. Furniture arrived in good shape in spite of 3 flights of stairs and narrow doorways.

They did a good job. The scheduling process was good and they confirmed on day of move. Pros: worked hard, did a good job, no damage. Cons: were 10 minutes late. They were able to move the fridge but would have been safer with appliance dolly. Would definitely hire them again.

Julia was the lead of a two person moving team. She was excellent. Skilled, expedient, safety first with instructions to coordinate a heavy item lift with “On 3. 1, 2, 3 lift.” each time. Customer service personality of quiet reassurance and follow through execution.
