Erik helped us clear a sewer lateral that backed up during a recent heavy storm. He arrived promptly and set to work diagnosing the issue. It turned out to be a far more complicated job than he'd originally expected, but he put in a lot of extra time to make sure the issue was resolved, and didn't charge us much more than the original estimate. He was detailed in explaining what he was doing as he diagnosed the issue, and he followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

Erik did a great job snaking an outside sewer line that was tricky to access. What we thought would be a30 minute job ended up taking close to 3 hours of sleuthing and trial/error until he figured it out. Most folks would have given up, frustrated but Erik stuck it out. Really impressive commitment. Came on time, cleaned up, highly-recommended.

We had a great experience with Erik. He responded quickly to our plumbing request and we were luckily able to get serviced the same day. Additionally, there was clear communication and we discussed what I already tried to resolve the issue so that he could properly address it when he got here. We would definitely work with Erik again.

Marytnn was excellent. He phoned and we were able to deduce the issue and come to a very reasonable quote. He came the same day (and earlier than expected) and got the job done. Drain cleaning costs 75 dollars an hour . most jobs take 1 to 2 hours to complete depending on severity of problem. Most other calls are done by bids.
