Introduction
Some trainers demonstrate exercise moves and watch while their clients train. I train with my clients and keep them motivated and engaged. Every person has unique challenges and wants to become fit and healthy and work on areas of their body they would like to improve. I like developing individually tailored programs and enjoy seeing my clients achieve their goals and feel good about themselves.

I am really glad that I decided to give thumbtack a try to find a personal trainer, and met Parand. I have worked with personal trainers before at the gym, but the training sessions weren't what I had in mind (more weight lifting, less specific targeting for weight loss, not to mention always cutting my 1-hour sessions down to 45-minutes for some reason...). Parand knows exactly what to work on with each client just from observing the first 10 minutes of an initial workout session. And she KNOWS how to make you work hard and sweat in exactly 60 minutes! What I really enjoy is that every session, she always mixes it up with different workouts and keeps me guessing and pushing my body to its limits. She's extremely sweet and is really quick at communicating back with you. If you are looking for a female personal trainer, look no further!

I've been working with Parand for only a short time and the results are surprisingly gratifying! For the first time in years I am doing things with renewed ease and comfort, including long walks and climbing stairs. I told Parand that my goal is to revive strength but I'm gaining so much more, i.e. muscle tone and increased self esteem! Parand is so clearly committed to my success that it's easy for me to be committed too.

Although I've only had one session with Parand, thus far, she assessed my level of fitness quickly and adjusted accordingly. In my case, she was very patient and didn't make me feel remotely self conscience of my current lack of fitness spryness. I look forward to more sessions and getting to where I want to be.

Make no mistake, Parand is the real deal. She is incredibly knowledgeable, she has a wonderful personality, and will push you beyond your mental and physical limits. There's no question that Parand knows exactly how to train you to get the most out of your body, mind and soul. Add to that that she can teach you exactly how to get your nutrition under control, and you have yourself an all-in-one solution that is worth her weight in gold. The best part about working with Parand is that she is hilarious and always insightful. She keeps me laughing always, and adds a fun element to every workout to keep me motivated and working at my peak. 5 stars. A+.

Parand has given me results I never thought were possible for my body!! She is intuitive in knowing what exercises work best for your body type. I have a better body in my 30's versus my 20's because of her. The best part is that she always mixes up every workout with a variety of exercises making each class really fun. You will definitely see results working with Parand (complimented with a healthy diet). I feel blessed to have found her as my trainer. She is nothing short of awesome!!
