Introduction: I offer individual and couples therapy for adults for a variety of conditions, including mood and anxiety disorders, relationship problems, and life transitions, such as relationship endings and grief. I specialize in providing treatment for trauma-based problems using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) since 1994. Other approaches include mindfulness, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapies. I welcome clients from all cultural, religious, and sexual orientation backgrounds. I am conversant in Mandarin Chinese and sensitive to the issues of immigrants and children of immigrants.
