- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have base prices for items, but to estimate the best compatible price we need to know the details about the items, like the number of them, size, weight, etc. pictures will help us more. we also offer discounts and we are flexible in prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We check the orders in under 1 minute. if the details about the item are enough we will estimate a price immediately and confirm it with the customer. If not we may ask for a picture or ask some questions. as soon as the customer confirms the job we book the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians have background checks and have been fully trained
