Diamant Noir was established to provide you with the highest standards in catering and make every single one of your events an exciting and pleasurable experience for your guests and yourself. We design every event to suit your desires and expectations, whether you wish to make a selection from our menus or ask our team to create something more suited to your needs. From intimate dinner party to wedding or large corporate event, we bring our knowledge and expertise of exquisite food and outstanding service to create memorable moments and emotions. We also believe that you can only make the highest quality of cuisine when you start with the highest quality of ingredients, and we know it matters to you therefore we are always transparent about our sourcing. we use produce from local organic farmers, grass-fed beef from wisconsin and nebraska, pasture raised lamb from colorado, free range poultry and grade a foie gras from california. Our fish is always wild caught whether it comes from the atlantic or pacific oceans or from the mediterranean sea. Our selection of fine cheeses & charcuterie is mainly sourced from the best french and italian producers although it features a few american artisans & farmers as well. We also take pride in making everything "from scratch", from ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard to fruit preserves, pickles, ice creams and much more... The only reason one becomes a chef is to bring happiness and joy to people - create emotion through something as seemingly simple as food. We know our job is done when we hear "oh god this is so delicious !", "this was the best thing i've ever had !", "how do you make that ?!", and so on... Because at Diamant Noir, our first purpose is your satisfaction...

Diamant Noir provided catering + bartending services for our company holiday party in Malibu. The staff was professional, easy to work with, and everyone loved the food. If you're looking for chef/catering services with high quality food, responsive staff, and fair pricing I would definitely recommend working with Yohann + Ralph.

It was a night to remember! My husbands 60th Birthday Party was a smash hit thanks to Chefs, Yohann, Ralph and Justin! They are so sweet and charming, plus the food they prepared for us was off the charts, wonderful!!! Within 30 minutes of their arrival, my house was filled with the most delectable aromas! We had a sit down dinner for 31 people and everything went beautifully because of their delicious food and a friendly, extremely competent staff! To start off the evening we had appetizers of Lobster Tacos (the lobsters came live, directly from the fish market) and Fingerling potatoes with Caviar, paired with a wonderful French Champagne! It was difficult not just to fill up on those as they tasted incredible! Then once seated we started with an endive salad, with candied walnuts and a balsamic dressing which was amazing! The main course was filet mignon, with bernaise sauce, thinly cut french fries and a stewed/baked tomato. Everything was made in my kitchen from scratch, I couldn't believe it! The meat was prepared specifically to each guests preference and absolutely melted in your mouth! As they prepared each course they were happy to share their recipes and techniques. For dessert, they had prepared a home made hazelnut ice cream, which was to die for. And lastly we had them prepare some gourmet pizzas for later in the evening after dancing! Chefs Yohann and Ralph ended the evening by saying, " We love cooking and thank you for letting us do what we love and share it with you!". We are the ones to say, "Thank you for sharing your wonderful food with us!" Now we are just trying to think of another occasion to have them come again and cook for us! Un repas incroyable!
