Id give them zero stars if I could. They cancelled on us the day of and wouldnt explain why, even though I told them my lease was ending that day and I couldnt wait until the next day. They offered to do it for free but brought the WORST movers to do the job. They kept dropping and spilling things and NOT cleaning up after themselves. They dismantled my bed and lost the screws somehow but couldnt stay to solve the problem because they had another job. They promised to come back later in the day and fix it but guess who didnt answer my calls? The company is no longer answering my calls and even tried to charge me for the free move. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. Im going to try to report them to the BBB to see what they can do.

I had only one thing to move, but I understood, that I need additional help of the movers. That sole thing was large, antique and heavy piano. I was searching for a responsible crew of movers, as this piano means very much to me. Also it is antique, and therefore fragile. I made a quote to Moovme and pretty quickly received an answer. I was comfortable with their conditions and we made up details of the appointment. Moving such a large-format thing demands a lot of people to do this. So the crew of 6 movers came. They were already informed about how dear this piano is to me, so everyone tried to be extremely careful. There was no elevator, big enough to put a piano inside, so they had to use stairs. Thanks god, I live on the first floor! Guys put my piano into the truck and in the destination point offloaded the piano. I really liked working with this company, because of easy communication, caring and affordable pricing!

Unfortunately, I broke up with my fiancee, so had to move into another apartment. I didn't have much stuff to move, however, I needed to do it ASAP. So I made a quote on Google maps and chose a company, who responded the first. I was contacted on phone and we quickly made up details. Movers came early in the morning the next day, in an organized way packed the rest of my stuff (something I have already packed myself), loaded in the truck and moved to the other district. Everything took around 3 hours, guys were friendly. I loved the communication, everyone was very responsive to my questions and preferences. I appreciated promptness, as it was crucial to me. So I liked to work with this company.

On May 20, the start of my move was planned. I was not flexible, so loaders had to plan their time accordingly. They arrived a little earlier, so I had to wait, because I could not change my schedule. They also had little time to pack and load everything, I only had some time between meetings, so we decided to move in two days. So, on the first day they packed everything, the next day - loading and moving. The guys managed to meet the deadlines, so I am grateful and glad.
