- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Deposits are non Refundable, I require half of the total amount of service, 1-2 days before service, IF CLIENT DOES NOT PROVIDE THE FUNDS BEFORE THE DAY OF SERVICE, SERVICE WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. The other half is due after service has been provided. Service cost looks like the following. 1st. Client Pays Deposit (Non Refundable) when service price is under $500, deposit is a stand alone price. When over, deposit is applied TOWARDS service. 2nd. Then the First half of service payment (Due 1-3 Days before service) 3rd. Finally the last Half of Service Payment (Due Immediately after service has been Provided) 4th. A minimum of 20% Gratuity is required for all Services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new Customer once our conversation ends in the messaging platform I like to message them via SMS. Following a discourse through SMS I like to get on a zoom Meeting to discuss the event details and what the service will entail. At Cravedintuition, communication is the key element in making sure not only the customers needs are fulfilled and executed to the highest possible standards, we communicate so that the team has an ABC step list of objectives to complete.
