Amazing muscle growth from the training, Abe pushes very hard but always is careful about injuries. I have been working out for 2 years now with him and it has been consistently the fastest growth I have seen in 4 years of working out.

I have been working out with Abe and electro body for about a year and a half and its been an amazing experience. It has gotten me into some of the best shape of my life in the least amount of time. Abe is extremely knowledgeable. Super nice and fun to work out with. Couldnt recommend him more highly!
