FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I am a full service real estate agent. Before meeting with a potential Seller, I do thorough research of the most recent sales and why each of them received the price they sold for. I also research the neighborhood schools so I can be knowledgeable when talking to a Buyer coming into my open house. I also discuss my proven marketing strategies and techniques to get the most exposure for a property which will in-turn, get the most money for a Seller. Additional services I can provide a Seller are cleaning up the property, recommending any necessary repairs, getting bids for the Seller, doing an Estate Sale, arranging relocation or movers, and everything else needed for a successful transaction. When talking to a Buyer, I am truly listening to what they want and educating them on what is available and current market conditions. I will assist the Buyer by getting them to the best lender and getting them pre-approved for a loan so they can go head-to-head with any other offers they are competing with. I am aggressive, yet very nice about going after property for my Buying-clients. Other agents want to work with me because of my reputation and the way they see me representing my clients.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a REALTOR®, I would try to find a professional that has a good reputation among their peers. It would also be important for me to find someone who gives back to their profession in addition to simply doing sales. In my daily business, I am mentoring agents and teaching classes at my office. I have the added knowledge and experience from the hundreds of additional transactions I have helped other agents with. My advice to anyone looking for an agent is to go with your intuition. Do you feel the person you are interviewing is the most competent person to sell your house? Are you comfortable trusting them with one of your most valuable assets?
