Introduction: Hi my name is Briauna and I am the founder of YogiTherapi. My yoga journey began in 2006 in Bikram (Hot) Yoga. I had a consistent yoga practice through my teen years in Los Angeles and later left to Arizona State University. In Arizona I obtained my 200hr Yoga Alliance certification at Radi8 Hot Yoga. I am trained in Vinyasa Flow, HPF, Yin and Restorative Yoga. I am an instructor now at Hot 8 Yoga in Beverly Hills and surrounding locations. I hold yoga pop up events with themed yoga (R&B, Hip Hop). If you are looking to dive deeper in your meditation practice I also offer guided meditation sessions. Private yoga sessions, Bachelorette parties and Corporate yoga I have experience in. I am passionate in the Wellness space with an expertise in yoga , meditation and nutrition. Briauna helped me cultivate a consistent yoga practice every week after so many years of sitting and having stiff muscles . I love her yin yoga and vinyasa flow she even let me record my session so I could do yoga when I travel for work. My meditation practice has grown so much and I tried her juice detox cleanse that combined with the yoga gave me so much mental clarity in my love. I love yogitherapi and definitely recommend!
