Are you reading reviews to make a decision to hire a HomeInspection ? I STRONGLY recommend you do NOT hire Los Palmas. Tony ripped me off. His report failed twice. First was picture issues. He failed to include the Furnace. He stopped taking calls and texts. He refused to add the Furnace. I have a timeline here. So I hired PARADIGM. He responded in minutes, was at my house the same morning, my Insurance Agent had it in her inbox that evening. She loved the report! It's like interactive or printable. If you are dealing with Mercury,,, they can take a long time. This report finally PASSED ! Thank You.

When our kids pediatrician recommended we have our house checked for mold I was overwhelmed. I didn’t know how to go about it. I was afraid how much it was going to
cost, as well as how I was going to find someone I could trust. Someone who wasn’t going to take advantage of the situation and charge us for every little thing.
Well…I am thanking my lucky stars that we found Steven! He took the time to make a very thorough check of the home inside and out. He had ALL the special tools needed to make sure nothing was missed. And as if things couldn’t get better, his prices were very reasonable! Steven even came back again to take a few more samples, free of charge after we made some recommended changes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive. I also offer discounts to first time home buyers and agents. Message me if you have any questions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by understanding their needs and expectations. Once that it is established we set an appointment to do the inspection. Afterwards, I provide a detailed report usually the same day. I always make myself available to answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
