FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer one on one nutrition consultations, meal plans, seminars, and nutritional counseling based on the amount of time spent per service, therefore, both time and pricing are adjustable. Service prices can range from $35 to $75 plus. Individualized meal plans are fit for you to your overall nutritional needs, health goals, and lifestyle. This makes nutrition doable and enjoyable! Client preferences such as the number of meals eaten per day with or without snacks and/or nutritional supplements, etc. are taken into consideration. Each day created for a meal plan is $35. The average plan purchased is for 7 days at a discounted price of $175.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a Health Assessment and Food Frequency questionnaire to get to know my client's current diet, health status, and lifestyle. Questionnaires may be completed by email or fax. My client and I are then able to discuss their requested service and anticipated expectations via phone or email. All nutrition services include a nutrition appointment overview sent via email following the completed service to provide the items discussed along with nutritional recommendations advised to help my client reach their goals! Clients are able to decide if they would like to purchase additional services and/or set scheduled follow up appointments to receive additional advisement and support they may need to reach and maintain their best health.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with my Master's in Public Health Nutrition from Loma Linda University. I also have a Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition as well from California Polytechnic University of Pomona.
