Our pricing structure is flexible and tailored to each job. We charge an hourly rate of $100 or I provide a flat quote for specific projects based on scope and materials needed. We offer a transparent estimate or quote upfront after assessing the work. There are no additional fees unless extra materials are required, and any such costs will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

Through Thumbtack, we start by reviewing your job request, then reach out to discuss your needs. If we agree, we provide a detailed estimate, schedule the work, and ensure clear communication throughout the project.
