- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will not be charged a consultation fee. Projects under 2 hours, rate is $100 first hour, $75 p/hr thereafter. everything else @$75. We will plan for results as how it would be done for my family'.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with sending a photo or link to new item to clarify your description when we 'chat'. During the actual work phase, I explain the work steps involved. Each day ends with a clean worksite.
