We wanted to start with our family room, and since it was the first story with no attic space, they had to cut out some drywall to install the dimmer switch and run new wire. We thought we would need to hire another drywall person to patch up the walls, but they were able to patch the walls, match the texture, and paint, which was awesome. I needed a malfunctioning light checked. The switch stopped working and I had smelled a burning smell earlier but couldn't locate it. Fairly quickly, Pedro found that the ballast had burned to a crisp! The next day, he went to Home Depot and bought a replacement, came back, and installed it, which wasn't simple because the wiring and fixtures are more than 60 years old. I thought his price was reasonable given the number of hours this job took, plus he looked at one other fixture for me...he will be coming back for that job. He was very accommodating, pleasant, and responsive. Today, all is well. What more can a customer want?"See more
