I really appreciate that he’s a perfectionist who takes his time to get things right, and he will check in with me as time goes by to be sure that his work is still functioning as expected. He’s done both small and large electrical projects for me, but this summer he tackled a really difficult drainage problem that I have been dealing with in my backyard for years. He studied the issue and made a personalized plan for how to address it. It was extraordinarily hot that week, and he was such a trooper to work at it so hard and make sure it was right despite the oppressive heat. I always make sure to buy him the lunch of his choice so he knows he’s appreciated. I needed a malfunctioning light checked. The switch stopped working and I had smelled a burning smell earlier but couldn't locate it. Fairly quickly, Pedro found that the ballast had burned to a crisp! The next day, he went to Home Depot and bought a replacement, came back, and installed it, which wasn't simple because the wiring and fixtures are more than 60 years old. I thought his price was reasonable given the number of hours this job took, plus he looked at one other fixture for me...he will be coming back for that job. He was very accommodating, pleasant, and responsive. Today, all is well. What more can a customer want?"See more
