I was iffy about hiring a day of coordinator because I thought it was just an added expenses. Let me tell you, it is not! Shana went above and beyond every expectation! We hired her months before our wedding and she did a check in with us every single month to ensure we were on track with our planning and ordering items for the wedding and was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I was stress free before, during, and after the wedding thanks to this amazing women! If you are on the fence about a wedding coordinator. Stop, hire Shana!

What can I say about Shana Love? Yes, that is her real name. I found Shana via Thumbtack during the early stages of wedding planning and she just completely transformed my outlook. She kept me calm, had so many ideas that would have just gone over my head, was always so kind and just let me vent on and on and on. Her documents were incredibly crucial and kept us on track. I'm more of a chicken scratch kinda gal. The day of was chaotic but still great and fun! We had unexpected high winds, power outages and just a lot of people. Shana ALWAYS kept her cool and made sure everything got done and was happening. She made sound executive decisions that I didn't even need to be involved in, which I really appreciated. I am so glad I went with Shana, a true expert. I wanted to do this all myself, but honestly, there's no way I could have done it without her. I hope she makes it in more photos, which we are still awaiting, but this is her helping us at the rehearsal!

We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Shana as our day-of coordinator. There is so much more that goes into planning a wedding than you think and looking back I honestly don't know how we would have pulled off such a magical day without her. Shana was exactly what we were looking for. She is professional, organized, attentive, patient, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond with handling all wedding aspects while using the skills and knowledge she's gained from her years of experience. From our first contact with Shana, she was there to put my stress at ease while keeping us on track with all tasks leading up to our big day. She was super responsive to any questions/concerns I had in between our monthly check-in meetings and even made a special trip out to the venue to help me plan the layout of the ceremony and reception. Not to mention, Shana was quick to jump in with her assistant to make sure our reception ran smoothly after the party staff I had hired canceled due to transportation issues. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Packages are a flat rate and can be adjusted to fit your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll begin with a Zoom consultation to discuss your vision, where you are in the process, and what support you need. After our initial consultation, I'll send a quote based on your selected package. If you agree, I'll send a formal contract. Once the contract is signed and deposit is made, your date will be secured and we’ll schedule our first planning meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified wedding planner and have facilitated traditional, non traditional, and religious weddings as an intern, as well under my own company.
