FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being an independent photo booth owner, I am proud to say that we offer a very competitive price for the quality and service that we provide our clients. I make sure my clients are aware of all the fees involved in the rental of the photo booth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process I have for working with customer: 1) Get to know the customers' need (extra details of the event) 2) Provide a quote and suggestions on how to maximize the value of their rental 3) Agree on the terms of the rental 4) Request a deposit with the signed contract to officially book the event 5) Design the layout (usually within a month of the event) and get ready to party!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mechanical engineer by weekdays and a photo booth provider on weekends. I am also a father to a toddler. I was once a dishwasher, retail cashier and food service supervisor. I do not have the direct education or training to be a photo booth provider. The combination of skills and knowledge I acquired in customer service makes me a good photo booth provider because that is what the photo booth business is all about creating lasting memory and providing great customer service through photo booth rental.
