Dimitri is amazing! He is knowledgeable, communicative, professional, and trustworthy. I’ve hired people on here who have ripped me off, it’s a terrible feeling. Dimitri came prepared with tools and parts, then noticed the dishwasher was operating as expected because my tenants were trying to cause some issues with the unit. Instead of trying to also take advantage of the situation, he triple-checked that the appliance was working. He kept it honest and charged me a really fair price for his time. He was kind, patient, and professional, I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I had a great experience with Dimitri. He was very professional and punctual. He identified the problem I was having with my Smeg dishwasher and fixed it for a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the work and the price specially since it would have been hard to find the part for this specific brand.
