The tech was very responsive to messages. Got something scheduled within 30 minutes of sending the inquiry. He showed up, told us what the issue was and gave us a fair price for the repair. I thought it was just a service call just to diagnose the issue but he was able to fix the issue after an hour and half with a half hour diagnoses. The fridge is cooling down again now. He also gave some recommendations on where not to place food inside the fridge due to the weight weighing down the doors which was also an issue.
