- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer upfront pricing with no hidden fees. The diagnostic fee is free if you go ahead with the repair. I also provide discounts for repeat customers and same-day repairs whenever possible
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking what appliance needs repair and what the symptoms are. I then inspect the unit, explain the issue, and give a clear quote before doing any work. If the customer agrees, I complete the repair right away — most jobs are done the same day
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained under an experienced appliance repair technician, completed hands-on repair work on washers, dryers, refrigerators, and ovens, and continue to study new models and technologies to stay up to date with the latest appliances
