- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a set price for the ceremony because for the most part they will all include 30-45 minutes of music before while the guests are being seated, followed by all the processionals, the bride's entrance. Sometimes I'll have a request to play during the ceremony for the lighting of the candles for example and then of course the final song right after the announcement that the couple is now married. I will continue to play for another 15 minutes or so while the guests are leaving their seats and on the way to cocktails/dinner. If I am asked to play for cocktails/dinner my pricing gets more specific depending on if I have to travel to a different location and of course the duration, usually 2 hours, sometimes only one.
