I love to have a conversation so that I can find out about your expectations and preferences. Then, when I create a custom menu, I am offering exactly what you want from food to the aesthetic of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained at ICE culinary and NGI. One focus is on classic and the other is cooking for alternative diets and food and nutrition as healing and medicine. in addition I have worked at some of NYC's best restaurants.
