It was a wonderful experience with Chief Angela on celebration of my son's 5th birthday. She is a professional in her field. The guests were delighted! High end quality of the food, very beautiful presentation, high level service, large portions. It was the right choice to invite this company to our event. Plantango is by far the BEST in selection, great high end fancy dishes that will absolutely WOW your guests!! They made anything and everything I requested and how! I wasn’t sure what to serve to wow my guests at a big event. She recommended dishes I never knew and my guests loved them!!! I will definitely be using them again! I am so impressed with the high end quality of the food, the details of all the dishes. Delivered and set up in disposable chaffing trays with heat to keep the food perfect through the party! They made me feel like I was eating at a five star hotel! I can’t say enough great things about them!! Thank you Plantango!!! Love you!!!

Angela and her team are the best! We had a last minute pivot to use caterers for a celebration of life for my mom, and Angela stepped right up to make it happen. She did a custom menu of delicious Hawaiian-themed appetizers and desserts for 50 people, and put it all together within 2 weeks. The food was incredible, the servers and staff totally charming, and Angela was a pleasure to work with at a particularly rough time for me. There was plenty of food (and great leftovers), and the kitchen was cleaner when they left than when they got there. Thank you Angela (and team) for taking away as much stress as you did, allowing me to focus on the celebration! Love and peace, Jason

Angela and her crew were wonderful to work with! She was a great communicator, put together a fabulous menu, and was so flexible and accommodating in working within our unusual venue restrictions. Everyone was a huge fan of the food. 10/10 would recommend working with Plantango.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to have a conversation so that I can find out about your expectations and preferences. Then, when I create a custom menu, I am offering exactly what you want from food to the aesthetic of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained at ICE culinary and NGI. One focus is on classic and the other is cooking for alternative diets and food and nutrition as healing and medicine. in addition I have worked at some of NYC's best restaurants.
