We have a Frigidaire fridge and freezer and suddenly the freezer portion stopped freezing, so I called this them to ask for a technician to come over and see if it was something that could be fixed before we spend money on a new refrigerator. I was concerned that everything in our freezer would defrost and spoil, however the customer service representative told me they would dispatch a technician and within a couple of hours, and Sam arrived. He was able to diagnose the problem and knew how to fix. He spent some time defrosting the freezer so that there was a perfect airflow and replaced a fan unit. He plugged the unit back in and I could feel the cold air blowing immediately. No need to mention, I am very happy that our food didn't spoil and moreover with the excellent customer service that I received on our freezer repair. Samuel explained the problem to us, he was very polite, courteous and he even cleaned up after himself before leaving. I am very happy with the amazing service that I received and I would definitely call them again for any appliance repair. Thank you Samuel!

We all know that it can get extremely hot in summer and having no AC can be very difficult. My air conditioning system broke down about 1 week ago. This is an old house. I don't know when the last time the heating and cooling systems were fixed, or when they were installed. My AC suddenly stopped working and I had to sweat it out all day. I never want to have this experience again. Luckily, within one day this service company had my AC back operating efficiently and easily. These guy did an extremely good job of fixing my air conditioner. They were fast, efficient, and did not charge much. Thank you for fixing my central air conditioning system and allowing me to enjoy the cool air inside my home. I have never met a company that is so friendly, efficient, and cheap. Thank you for helping me out so much.

Really appreciated the work done by this AC company. My air conditioner went out last week. I don't really have the money to buy a new one and it's summer! I've worked with repair companies before, not all of them are as efficient as they say they are. But this service company was very professional and the results were better then expected. Since repairing my AC I haven't had further issues. There's nothing worse then paying for a job where the product comes back more broken and busted up than before. That isn't the case with this service. I really recommend calling if you're having issues and checking them out, it's well worth the money and next time I have an issue, they're the first ones I'll be calling. They're quick, they don't cost that much, and like I said, I haven't had any issues with my AC since they came and checked it out. So far 10/10. Thank you guys!

I am very impressed with this HVAC repair and installation! My air conditioner has been giving me trouble for ages and it has been difficult to find an honest repair company. Luckily, a friend recommended this company and told me they do good work. It was easy to schedule a repair appointment with them and they showed up in a timely manner to repair my air conditioner. Let me just say - it has never worked better! My home is quiet and cool again. I feel their central air conditioning repair was reasonably priced for the quality of work that was done.
The Sam from Service Alliance, made sure I understood what was initially wrong and what kind of fixes I would be paying for. They even gave me tips on upkeep to ensure my air conditioner would not malfunction in the future. Everyone showed a high level of professionalism while in my home. Thank you!

This company is easy to work with. They came out very quickly and did a brief inspection of my home to determine my needs and recommended a quality unit at a quality price. They worked around my schedule to install the HVAC when I was available. They completed their work in less than 2 hours without disturbing my family.
I recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company with competitive pricing. I worked with at least 3 other companies with quotes and this company talked to me in layman terms and explained each step in the process.
This made everything so easy and I wouldn't do business with anyone else. You can rest assured when this company gets to work.
