I started studying massage in 2001 and have maintained a private practice in Los Angeles for 15 years. My specialty is utilizing deep tissue with focused intention to help manage chronic pain (such as, but not limited to) migraines, sciatica, fibromyalgia, and upper/lower back issues due to repetitive motion, injury, or just every day stressors. I can also lull you into a lighter state of mind with a relaxing, stress-melting Swedish massage. Each session is specifically designed to meet the clients' needs and specifications. The most fulfilling part of my work is improving a clients' every day quality of life. If I can change somebody's day for the better, that is beyond rewarding. I also just genuinely like people and the one-on-one aspect of massage therapy is very enjoyable. Connecting with a client and seeing their health improve through each session is priceless.
