- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the size of your job, we offer teams of 2-6 organizers and we charge $85/hr. per person. We have seasonal discounts and a few very specific targeted discounts for situations like new parents!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a phone call to introduce ourselves and discuss the scope of the project, then we schedule a walk-through and take pictures. After the walk-through we send over a detailed Plan, Schedule & Estimate. Once approved, we lock in the days we will be doing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jointly, our staff have over 70 years of hands-on organizing experience, and OrganizAngels is a NAPO member in good standing. Within the company, all staff go through a rigorous training process with our CEO before becoming a permanent member of our team. Each project is supervised by a Project Manager at all times.
