All trainers are charged when you contact us for training. Which is great if you are really looking to meet with and sign on with a trainer! My experience with Hana has been amazing. She is very kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable with all things fitness and nutrition. She has done such a good job of listening to my goals and establishing a workout and nutrition plan tailored to my needs. Every session is fun and challenging, but her positive attitude and mindset have always kept me motivated and consistent. She believes in her clients, which has allowed me to see strength I didn’t know I had. I also appreciate her constant check-ins on how both my body and mind are feeling with not only the exercises but with my nutrition as well. The results I have gotten from her sessions and nutrition plan have been extremely rewarding and seeing my body be the strongest it has ever been has been amazing. Having Hana as my trainer has really made me grow a love for the gym and has made me motivated to continue to become stronger. Always a great time working with her!

I’ve been working with Hana since September 2021 after years of not exercising. She has been so patient and keeps me motivated during every session. I’d worked with trainers before and have always had issues with my lower back that would affect my form and cause pain while working out. But Hana was able to pinpoint my problem and now, after some time and stretching, my form has improved and I’m loving my gains! I’m not at all athletic but she personalizes my workouts to help improve my balance and coordination, which have gotten so much better since I started. Train with her if you’re looking for that summer glow up :)

My sister and I have been working out with Hana for over a year now. She is the best investment we could have ever made for our mental and physical health! Hana comes prepared to every session and always challenges us while still accommodating each of our personal needs. For example, I had a shoulder injury when we started training and Hana adjusted my workouts to strengthen my shoulder with resistance bands, while my sister used dumbbells. She always watches our form and corrects us as necessary. She has a fun, bubbly personality and also knows how to get down to business and make the most of each session. She’s flexible and really wants to help you reach your goals. She will make your booty AND your mind grow. Hire Hana yesterday!

I absolutely LOVED my time training with Hana! I’ve danced my entire life and are fortunate to have a career in it, but when the pandemic hit and jobs/training slowed to almost nothing + I had partially torn my MCL, I lost a lot of my tone and stamina and had to really build myself back up. This was my first time entering a gym atmosphere and I had no clue where to even begin to train in that way and with the injuries I have, so finding Hana was HUGE in rebounding back to my top performance ability and overall fitness! She really challenged me and held me accountable each and every session. She had a whole hour of new circuits and exercises every time we met and really utilized what the location had to offer. I was extremely happy with how I felt and looked inside and out more than I ever have my entire career, I’m only sad that our time together was so short! Great person. Great trainer. Definitely going back to her next time in Burbank!! 🙌🏼
