My service stands out due to my passion and love for the game. Being a Marine and learning how to train not only physically but mentally, which I feel is just as much a part of training, as being physically in shape. I do not tell my students what to do, I show them. I am right there conditioning and training with you. I feel it is important to show we can push ourself beyond our boundaries. My energy is unmatched due to my optimistic outtake on life, healthy life style, and always looking at the glass of life as half full.
I love the fact that to me this is more that just teaching sports; it is teaching a healthy, active, and disciplined way of life. I believe it is a lot about growing and becoming stronger mentally and physically. The passion I have for watching those I help excel, for coaching, and sports runs deep in my veins; so much I am perusing an undergrad degree in education and fitness. I was able to develop the mentality in the Marine Corps that nothing is impossible if you have perseverance, heart, passion, and drive. This has allowed me to possesses these qualities I can in turn breathe into the players I coach.
