We've been working with Newhouse Roofing to fix multiple leaks that we've had in our roof. Understandably, this is something that you don't anticipate having to deal with until you do. We contact multiple roofing companies and we're impressed with the amount of details Sam and Hank took in assessing the issue and providing an estimate. After some deliberation, we decided to go with Newhaus and the work started! Unfortunately, after removing the existing roofing, we found there was more damage than anticipated which resulted in additional work being done. We were completely caught off guard but Sam assured us this work was necessary and included pictures/videos, and a detailed report of what the additional work and help negotiate a price we were comfortable with. While we're still waiting for the work to formally be completed, we've been extremely happy that we selected Newhaus to work with.
