What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with a consultation to understand the customer’s needs. Then I provide a detailed estimate, go over materials and options, and schedule the work. Throughout the project, I keep the customer updated and make sure everything is completed to their satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yeah, I’ve been in this business since I was 15. I’m now 35 years old. And I’m fully licensed.
