I am a certified barre and pilates instructor, and a graduate of the Hungarian Dance Academy. I have worked with numerous dance companies including the American Contemporary Ballet, LA Opera and the Los Angeles Contemporary Dance Company. I have also worked as a guest choreographer on the Emmy-Winning TV show "So You Think You Can Dance" for Hungarian broadcast.
For the last 7 years I have been teaching in studios across Los Angeles and Orange County. ZBarre is an original and unique vertical barre program inspired by my background in fitness, pilates and ballet. With a focus on proper technique, breathing, and controlled movement, you'll find it is a fun, challenging and effective workout.
I am also here for you as a Pilates instructor. If you need to get back in shape after an injury, Pilates is also a great way to rehab those weakened muscles with exercises that use your own body weight, small weights, and low impact movements.
