- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Various disciplines cost more than others. After all, we are paid primarily for our knowledge. For example: plumbing and electrical work will be higher than a task that requires only labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My latest was that of PhotoVoltaics Installer and Integration Technician from Skyline College.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
During a recession while trying to raise a young family, employment opportunities were not good. A friend said that because I seemed to be good at fixing things around the house, why don't you start your own business? So I did. Was self employed for 5 years.
