Our pricing is based on: • Size of the area (per room or per square foot) • Severity of pet odor or staining • Level of treatment required (standard cleaning vs. enzyme odor neutralization) Pet odor removal requires specialized enzyme treatment and deep extraction, which is priced separately from basic carpet cleaning. We provide upfront pricing before starting any work — no hidden fees. Minimum service charge applies. Discounts may be available for: • Multiple rooms • Whole-home service • Bundling with additional cleaning services
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Assessment We review photos and ask a few key questions about the carpet condition, severity of pet odor, square footage, and previous treatments. Clear, Upfront Quote Based on the information provided, we give a transparent estimate. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins. On-Site Inspection We assess odor penetration level (surface vs. pad level) and determine the proper treatment method. Treatment & Deep Extraction • Pre-treatment and enzyme application • Agitation to break down odor bacteria • Hot water extraction • Targeted spot treatment if needed Final Walkthrough We review results with the client and explain drying time and aftercare instructions. Follow-Up We remain available if any questions come up after the service.
