The technician was able to repair my thermoustat by taking it to a repair shop, which got my heatig system working again.
However, the service was very bad. For the first appointment (to diagnose the issue), the technician was more than an hour late. Then he was supposed to come back later in the day and never showed up. We then rescheduled that appointment and he was 30 mins late for it. He wasn't even particularly apologetic about being late and missing appoinments.
I would not work with this company in the future given the very poor reliability.

We used their service to fix our suburban unit and they did an excellent job. The tech arrived on time and was able to fix our problem.
