I can be flexible with pricing based on your situation. Ultimately, I care most about how much value you're getting from our conversations.

My typical process involves getting to know you and sharing the perspective I'm able to offer. From there, we can decide mutually if it's a good fit to continue our conversation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Based on my time at Google, Airbnb, and Thumbtack, I've seen different stages of company maturity in the tech industry and can offer my perspective. I've coached and managed hundreds of employees and have a share of success stories as well as learnings from my time as a manager, leader, and individual contributor.
